Core Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst who will help ensure our Client’s ERP system does not simply go live, but takes root, evolves, and delivers real value to the people who depend on it every day. This role is for a Business Analyst professional who leads with service, clarity, and quiet confidence. Someone who brings both technical rigor and human understanding to complex transformation work.
Your Purpose
You will serve as a bridge between strategy and execution, helping our Client translate business intent into usable, sustainable ERP solutions aligned with how people actually work.
Your work will focus on:
Planning and sequencing ERP capabilities
Guiding configuration, integration, and process alignment
Supporting testing, readiness, and adoption
Helping our Client learn, adjust, and continuously improve after go-live
You will help ensure the ERP solution grows with our Client, not apart from them.
What You’ll Do
Guide departments to co-create an ideal future state, one that reflects their aspirations and our strategic goals, not just incremental improvement.
Plan with intention and discipline. Partner with program leadership to translate our Client’s roadmap into executable ERP implementation plans by sequencing Oracle Fusion or SAP S/4HANA capabilities across waves, releases, and functional domains while balancing risk, readiness, and value delivery.
Translate business intent into ERP reality. Convert business needs into delivery-ready artifacts, including technical and functional user stories, functional designs, configuration requirements, and acceptance criteria, aligned to Oracle Fusion and/ or SAP S/4HANA best practices (configurations) vs. customization.
Guide configuration-first thinking. Help business and technical teams understand and adopt fit-to-standard approaches:
Oracle Fusion: leveraging seeded processes, security roles, data models, and extensibility frameworks
SAP S/4HANA: aligning to standard business content, Fiori UX patterns, and embedded analytics
You’ll help teams distinguish between true business differentiators and legacy habits that should be retired.
Support integrations and data readiness. Collaborate with technical teams on:
Upstream and downstream system integrations
Data migration strategy, mapping, cleansing, and validation
Master data governance and lifecycle considerations
Ensuring data integrity, traceability, and operational confidence at go-live.
Champion quality through testing and validation. Actively support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end business scenario validation—helping ensure Oracle Fusion or SAP S/4HANA solutions work not only in isolation, but across real-world business workflows.
Be a trusted partner during deployment. Provide calm, grounded support during cutover, go-live, and stabilization—helping teams navigate issues, prioritize fixes, and maintain trust in the system and the program.
Tune, optimize, and evolve the solution. Post–go-live, help our Client assess system performance, user feedback, and operational outcomes through supporting enhancements, process tuning, and incremental capability adoption in Oracle Fusion or SAP S/4HANA over time.
Model servant leadership every day. Show up prepared, positive, and dependable by listening first, clarifying complexity, and helping others succeed without ego or pretense.
Who You Are
You are someone who:
Leads through service, humility, and accountability
Brings high analytical ability paired with high emotional intelligence
Communicates with precision—and adapts naturally to executives, practitioners, and technical teams
Pays attention to detail without losing sight of outcomes
Remains positive, practical, and solution-oriented—even when plans change
Takes ownership, follows through, and helps others succeed
Measures success by collective progress, not personal visibility
Owns the full end-to-end Business Analyst lifecycle by partnering with business leaders to clarify intent, translating needs into executable ERP designs and user stories, supporting configuration and integration decisions, guiding testing and readiness, and staying engaged through go-live and optimization to ensure the solution truly works for the people who use it.
Your Experience & Strengths
Senior-level experience as an ERP Business Analyst supporting implementation and post–go-live phases
Hands-on involvement with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday, or similar
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, Asset Management, Project Delivery, and CIS.
Demonstrated ability to support configuration, testing, data readiness, and deployment activities
Comfort operating in structured, agile, or hybrid delivery models
Experience working alongside system integrators, vendors, and internal delivery teams
Why This Work Matters
This ERP initiative is more than a system upgrade. It is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to lay the digital and operational foundation for our Client’s future. If you’re seeking a role where your talent, vision, and leadership will have lasting impact, this is it. You’ll join a program and a team that is bigger than any one individual, and you’ll help leave behind something that truly matters. This is a legacy making program for our Client.
